Order Processing and Approval

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your Hydrojug order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, orders proceed to automated fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product, initiate your return request within 14 calendar days of package delivery. Returns must consist of unused products in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
